At Donner Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Donner account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then attach the provided shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to ensure it is in working order, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
